Official Posting Place For Meeting Notices

As of January 2, 2019, The Town of Peru Has Adopted the Town’s Website as It’s Official Posting Place for Meeting Notices, Per: The Attorney General’s Regulations Allowing For A Public Body To Adopt An Alternative Posting Method As Set Forth In 940 CMR 29.03(2), Upon Notification Of The Attorney General Of The Adoption Of Such Method.

 On the Main Page of the Website, Follow the Link Entitled “ Minutes & Agendas ” and Then Choose “Agendas”

 

Per Attorney General’s Regulations:  Meeting Notices Will Still Be Available in Or Around the Clerk’s Office So That Members of The Public May View the Notices During Normal Business Hours.
