Town of Peru Board of Health Notice of Public Hearing Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 111 Section 31 Proposed Well Regulation.
The Peru Board of Health has scheduled a public hearing on May 21, 2024 at 5:30PM at the Town Hall Meeting Room , 3 East Main Rd., Peru to consider a regulation to protect the public health, safety and welfare by ensuring that private wells in the Town of Peru are properly permitted and constructed. A complete copy of this proposed regulation is available at the Town website www.townofperuma.com and paper copies are available at the town clerk’s office during her normal office hours.
