2024 Dog Licenses Expire March 31st  10.00 late fee applies April 1st 2024  

Dog Licenses are a 1YR. license and go from  April 1st -March 31st of each year

Any owner or keeper of a dog (6) six months of age or older in the Town of Peru shall cause the dog to be licensed as required by the MGL., Chapter 140  

Male $15.00 / Female $15.00 

Neutered Male $10.00 / Spayed Female $10.00  

Multi- dog 4-6 dogs $35.00 

Kennel License 7 or more dogs $110.00 (contact the Town Clerk)

Licenses can be purchased in the town clerk's office 

To Obtain a Dog License by mail Complete a Dog License Registration Application or

include the necessary information & Enclose the Following :

A Check Payable To “Town of Peru” A Copy of Current Rabies Vaccination Cert. 

And a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope

MAIL TO: Town of Peru, Town Clerk, Suite 102, 3 East Main Rd, Peru MA 01235 DROP OFF : Town Clerk Drop Box located to the right side of Town Hall front door.
