A community resource for the Town of Peru. We offer children's play groups, books, movies, internet access, public computers, photo copying and cultural events.

To protect patrons, staff and our community, the library is currently open for limited browsing in the main room and no-contact pickup in the front hall. Masks are required at all times, and one person or family may browse at a time.

To reserve books, movies or magazines, call the library during regular hours, or email any time. Our phone number is 655-8650, and email is perulibrary@gmail.com. Hours are Wednesday 1-7:00 p.m. and Sat. 9 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

Items for no-contact pickup will be bagged and labeled with your name: let us know when you'd like to stop by to get them. If someone's already in the front hall when you arrive, please wait to enter. 

Please return all items in the drop box out front (no bag required). Returns will be quarantined for 1-3 days.

In case of severe weather, call 655-8650 before visiting to be sure we’re open.   

Policies may change depending on State regulations and Board of Health guidance.
