Hilltown Community Health Centers with the support of Highland Valley Elder Services will be sponsoring the clinic.

Anyone interested in scheduling should call  Lee-Ann Cronin 413-667-3009 x 261 at  Hilltown Community Health Center. Our staff will be onsite and we will be administering the vaccine. There is no cost to participants. We will collect insurance information, but if someone does not have insurance, there is no worry.
