This clinic is for COVID-19 Boosters, first time vaccine doses and pediatric vaccinations. You can request either Moderna or Pfizer vaccines at registration.

With case numbers rising and the Omicron variant emerging getting a booster is important to assure protection and it is not too late to  get started with the vaccine series.

Vaccines have proven to reduce the numbers of serious infection and death from COVID-19

Peru Board of Health urges all eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine booster and vaccine series. Everyone age 5 and older is eligible for an initial vaccine series and all over the age of 18 are eligible for a booster 2 months after receiving J&J and 6 months after Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.
